In this scenario, it will not matter if you are guilty or innocent simply think of this list as a guide to what you should do anytime the police stop you. If you follow this list, you will be very prepared when you meet with your Bronx Criminal Lawyer.
  1. Keep Calm:
  2. While we understand that for some people, any interaction with the police is terrifying it is important to remember that you need to keep calm. Simply listen to what the officer has to say and make sure you to try and remember everything that they have to say.
  3. Don't Argue:
  4. There is no sense arguing with the police. Arguing will not benefit you or your Bronx Criminal Lawyer.
  5. Take your time before answering questions:
  6. If you are asked a question by the police, take a few moments before you answer. Remember that anything you say can and will likely be used against you. You are better off asking to contact your Bronx Criminal Lawyer before you say anything you think may be misconstrued.
  7. Stay Put:
  8. Whether or not you were involved in what you are being questioned about DO NOT RUN. You will be caught and face charges for doing so which can only make additional headaches for you and your Bronx Criminal Lawyer.
  9. Do not resist:
  10. Even if you are innocent or believe that you are resisting the police is only going to cause you to be detained longer, and you may face penalties.
  11. Contact your Bronx Criminal Lawyer:
  12. If you are informed that you are going to be placed under arrest, request to immediately contact a Bronx Criminal Lawyer so that you cannot be questioned further until they are present.

  15. Find witnesses
  16. If anyone is observing your arrest be sure to get their information so that they can speak on your behalf if necessary.
All-in-all everything that happens from the time that the police talk to you initially until you are done with them is important. Accused Craigslist ‘Satanic killer’ Miranda Barbour's husband says he still loves her even though she claims to have killed 22

This woman is claiming that she killed up to one hundred people, that she "lost count". Her family and friends have said that she was a manipulator and a liar, and many people are having difficulty believing that she murdered that many people without getting caught. Authorities say that if she is in fact telling the truth, she would be one of the most prolific female serial killers ever. Read the article below for more detailed information.

He still loves her.
Self-confessed Satanic serial killer Miranda Barbour's young husband is apparently sticking by her side.
Despite claiming she's slaughtered at least 22 people, Elytte Barbour revealed he remained head over heels with his teen bride.
Troy LaFerrara, pictured here on his wedding day, was officially named a homicide victim on Wednesday by Northumberland County Coroner Jim Kelley.

"I still love her," he told CNN from his Pennsylvania jail cell, revealing that the sensational boasts made by his 19-year-old wife had done absolutely nothing to change his feelings.
Elytte Barbour is currently in Columbia County Prison awaiting trial for allegedly stabbing a man to death.
The 22-year-old is accused, along with his wife, of celebrating their three week wedding anniversary on Nov. 11, 2013, by luring Troy LaFerrara, 42, to their car through Craigslist before stabbing him to death.

Police haven't substantiated Barbour's claims that she killed more than 20 people in four states before the killing she's now charged with committing with her newlywed husband, a prosecutor said Tuesday.
Following the pair's arrest, Barbour then went on to claim to local newspaper the Daily Item that she had killed between another 22 and 100 people.
Bragging about slaying dozens of innocent victims since the age of 13, the Satan worshipper said she traveled around the country assassinating random strangers.

The mom-of-one has, however, been dubbed by family, friends and authorities as a "manipulator," "fantasist" and a"liar."
Northumberland County prosecutor Tony Rosini, who is aiming to convict the duo in the LaFerrara murder, said he discounted her boasts.
Cops in Alaska, Texas, North Carolina and California also all say that her claims don't measure up.
